This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices via cookies, as well as information on the User's personal data processing for the provision of services provided electronically by the User for Galeria Bielska BWA in Bielsko-Biała.

IV. Possibilities to determine the conditions of storage or access through Cookies

The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User's Device via Cookies. These settings can be changed, especially with regard to blocking the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to send notifications whenever Cookies are placed on the User's device. The User may  delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser of their choice. Limiting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

Information on the processing of personal data for the purposes of the statutory activity of Galeria Bielska BWA in Bielsko-Biała

Pursuant to art. 13 par. 1 and 2 of Regulation  2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) we wish to impart the following:

3. The data will be processed for the purposes of Newsletter disseminated by e-mail in order to promote exhibitions and cultural events organized by Galeria Bielska BWA, based on your consent.
 
4. Your personal data will not be shared with other data recipients.
 
5. Your data will be stored until your consent is withdrawn.
 
6. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify, delete, transfer or limit processing.
 
7. You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.
 
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
 
9. Providing personal data is optional, but without this information, the Data Administrator will not able to provide the aforementioned services.
